finally made it to the blogging world

I have been encouraged by many to start a blog to chronicle my experiences, thoughts and observations on everything from sports to politics to life in general. Although certain that no one would ever read a blog written by me about such stuff, my dear friend and colleague Cucharras Martin, finally convinced me to give it a try....she also assured me that she would read it so I figured that I would give it a shot and that at least two people [Cucharras and my Mom] would read this!
